During his professional career, Randy has held CEO and COO positions with startup companies and turnaround situations. He serves or has served as an advisor and board member of numerous technology companies. He served as an advisor and on the board of Goettl A/C and Plumbing, the leading A/C and Plumbing Company in Arizona. As a financial consultant and board member of eProperty Tax, Inc., the nationally recognized leading Internet-based real and personal property tax software solution utilized by national real estate management companies and REITS, he engineered its sale to Thompson Publishing. He served in the early 1990s as the President and a Director of ASE listed ILX Resorts, which he reorganized and brought out of bankruptcy. He also was the President and CEO of eStreet Capital, Inc., a successful Phoenix-based venture capital fund.
He served as the Chairman of the Arizona Republican Party from 2007 to 2011 and was Treasurer of the Republican National Committee from 2009 to 2011. He served on the Board and as Treasurer of the Arizona Housing Finance Authority from 2010 to December 2015, where he developed a multistate plan with Fannie Mae to reset many home loans for homeowners in Arizona, California and Nevada. He serves or has served on the board of several non-profit organizations including Phoenix Rotary, Phoenix Art Museum Men’s Arts Council and Rosies’ House, a nationally recognized music school for disadvantaged children.
He began his business career after completing his MBA at Arizona State University with Deloitte Haskins and Sells and later became an audit and consulting partner with Deloitte and Touche, where he was recognized nationally as a firm expert on financial institutions, real estate, and hotel financial issues. Mr. Pullen is a CPA in Arizona and California. He is also a real estate broker in Arizona. Mr. Pullen is an Audit Committee Financial Expert under the provisions of Sarbanes Oxley Section 401 H of Regulation S-K.
