Michael Sheehan is an established and highly skilled Physician Assistant with 20 years of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care Medicine, Occupational Medicine, and Orthopedics Sports Medicine. In addition, he has 6 years’ experience in Orthopedic Surgical First Assistance. He is currently the Clinical Manager of Neuropathy Treatment Clinics of Texas. He takes great pride and passion by the relationships he builds with his patients by providing honest evidence-based care solutions. Additionally, Mr. Sheehan with joint efforts from other staff members are well in tune to the local community. We are currently expanding our Clinic treatment efforts to Tyler, Texas.
He served 21 years in multiple branches to include: U.S. Navy, U.S. Army and National Guard. He obtained his Physician Assistant degree in the Inter-Service PA Program U.S. Army, in collaboration with The University of Nebraska. During his service he had the opportunity and pleasure to contribute in the acute and chronic care in various assignments. He organized with the assistance from other military personnel a Combat Lifesaving Course for the Indiana National Guard to prepare the infantry soldier to medically assist and stabilize injuries in the military theater of operations. Prior to his completion of the military he served with EMS in Orange County, California for 3 years where he diligently participated in emergency care assessments, and treatments. He is well regarded in the Texas medical community, earning numerous accolades for his quality and patient-centered care.
