For more than 25 years Aleishia has been passionately involved in building, growing and preserving customer relationships and experiences with a strong commitment to community involvement.
As Sales and Events Director for the Wynkoop Brewing Company under John Hickenlooper, Aleishia was responsible for building and growing the hospitality program for the 1st Microbrewery east of the Rockies while hosting many community events including The Wings over the Rockies benefit for Bill Clinton and Volunteer Coordinator for the LODO Music Festival.
Aleishia stepped into her first entrepreneurial role as owner/partner of My Art Workshop; a 4000 sq ft retail children’s art workshop where her role included instructor staffing, Public School After Care program Sales Director and Community Liaison.
As a results-oriented Manufacturing Account Manager for WW Grainger Aleishia managed a $3.5 MM manufacturing territory. While maintaining strong, dependable business relationships with her Central Texas manufacturing customers; both light and heavy including coal mines, power plants, steel mills and more, Aleishia grew her strategic accounts both at the functional and corporate levels through leveraging the company’s core value proposition and was awarded 2017 Grainger Annual Achiever.
Aleishia works with a strong focus on safety, integrity and honesty and been Mike’s secretary since 2019.
